Our Sourdough Kit contains traditional pieces to help you create homemade sourdough bread. The kit includes two proofing baskets (an oval and boule) to help cold ferment your loaves, a bench scraper for shaping and moving, a bread lame for scoring (and designing if wanted), and our dehydrated organic sourdough starter to be the foundation of your new craft.
